January 4, 2017
It was a cold start to the first meeting of the new year. Even the Woman’s Club was having a slow beginning as they did not expect us this AM. First to arrive at a dark building were Robert Sanberg and Dick Anderson. The club recovered in time and we had a great breakfast.
The meeting was called to order by our new president, Robert Sanberg, with a tinkle of the bell. We had a smooth transition of power this morning as the gavel was presented to our past president, Mark Arnold.
There is a Craft Talk opening for next week; please contact Robert Sanberg to take advantage of the opportunity to share your knowledge with our fellow members.
Our guests today were Pamela Ebbesen with Donnelly Stucco, Randy Bachman, Barb Abeler, and our guest speaker Jim Abeler with the Minnesota State Senate.
Everett Myers has a brother-in-law looking for a professional opportunity.
